The short answer is I was helping a neighbour open a new dental office and ended up loving it.

Let me tell you how it started;

I was a stay-at-home mom while my kids were little and my neighbour, a dentist, wanted to open up her own office and wanted me to run it. I had extensive experience in customer service, sucessfully ran a number of fundraisers and co-chaired on a schoolboard that implemented policies. She felt my skills and personality would help her succeed in going out on her own.

 

I only have one level of commitment… 100%. I agreed to help her and immediately attended every training opportunity, started making connections, and researched new programs and systems to streamline production and increase patient loads. Together we created an amazing practice and I have never looked back.

 

For the past twenty years, I’ve enjoyed consulting for several Dentists by helping them break through their comfort zone and increase their revenue. I also lead a mobile Sleep Apnea Team that helps Dentists implement Oral Appliance Therapy to their practice.
